I’m thinking about buying a 2002 audi A6 for about 5,000. I want to know if the parts would be expensive. Like body and engine. I know that it will be more than fixing a honda or toyota.
If you know where to shop, the parts can be even cheaper. !-800 ALL-AUDI has bunches of used parts. Brake parts are nearly identical in price. If the correct fluids are used and changed on time, the car can last a lifetime or TWO!! Only Mobil One or ELF oil should ever see the inside of this engine!!

Yes, parts are expensive and a Honda or Toyota will be a less expensive car to repair and keep on the road.

Audi parts cost alot because of the design of them or the engine usually. The engines are mostly TDI’s so it costs alot of money just for a diesel engine or even a TURBO diesel motor. The Audi A6for 5k is a nice deal depending on the condition

yes, they are more pricey because its a forgien german company, so its more pricey but last better than the american parts

Yes! Audi parts are VERY expensive! Think about double to triple the price of honda or toyota parts.
I own a 99 A4 and just one light bulb is 18 bucks..not even a special light bulb its just a regular light bulb..A driver mirror, used from a junk yard was still 125 with scratches on it and everything.
If you dont have the money for repairs or know a skilled mechanic do not buy one. I only bought mine because my dads a mechanic. Also somethings gotta be messed up already with that car if its only 5 grand. thats too cheap for a 02 Audi- def take it to a shop and get it TOTALLY checked out before making any commitment

I own one, and it breaks the bank when something goes wrong
