Dauers and one of the Schuppans did. There are a few homologation cars like the Mission 400 that are close enough to it as well. They all run the flat 6 turbo. There is room to argue on “road legal” since we all come from different countries with different laws, but there were at least a dozen Dauers converted that had indicators, cats, AC, reverse gears and luggage. Most run around 750hp on standard ‘low tune’ settings but none of them needed a 1000hp to do 400km/h
