Got a 1992 325 is what could I put to boost it an extra 100hp that won’t cause more than $500
I’m sure you could half ass a Supercharged system if you got a cheap compressor system, chip, and bigger injectors. (used chip $150, used compressor $250 if you’re lucky, used 48lb/hr injectors, again, if you’re lucky. Notice I didn’t include miscellaneous stuff like belts and such. ) You would have to run 93 gas though and might even need methanol injection.
This would be a VERY crappy setup though and very dangerous. Better take your $500 and save $4500 more and buy a real supercharger system. $4,500 might even include the chip, injectors etc in the package.
(Why supercharger? Well, more linear torque delivery than a turbo, less heat so no need for intercooler, and don’t have to go with a standalone)

For 100 HP you better budget $5,000, NOT $500. $500 will get you an intake setup, and not much else. The air intake will give you 2-5 more HP. For 100 hp you will need a turbo system. And for all the people who say get nitrous, I’m sure you want 100 hp that is CONSTANT, not when you press a button.

The only thing that you can do that will add that kind of power for cheap would be nitrous, but I am not sure that you could get it for $500. That is super cheap for a nitrous kit. Keep in mind that nitrous will blow that motor up. There is nothing you can do to that car outside of that to add 100 horsepower cheap.
I honestly would not waste the money because that car was not designed with performance in mind.

Nitrous would probably do it, but Nitrous is for little sissy girls.
You’d have to turbo it, which would cost a few thousand dollars, at a minimum, just for components -and then you would have to deal with fuel delivery and timing changes under boost, etc.
