German cars suck, who the wants to pay 70k for a 550i with only 360hp? You can frickin buy a Ford Taurus which could out do a 550 i. Likewise the nazis want you to spend 98k on a m5, and yes thousands of bucks for maintaining it. Is that a good incentive for just 500hp?

Similar? Excuse me? BMW looks like someone expanded bubbles to create it. The cadillac looks like someone use rulers to adjust it for the wind. You havent driven both, i highly doubt it.

Agreed…it’s down to opinion, and I like the CTS-V better. I didn’t say the M5 wasn’t a great car, just that I would get the Cadillac instead, it’s a much better value, and the styling is fantastic imo. It doesn’t matter to me if the M5 was designed to look boring or not…I would fall asleep if I had to look at it too long.

how about this… i will end this all… i have driven both, and i want america to win.. but the CTS is just a bad copy of the M5. it is like cadillac took a m5 apart and just tried to copy it and it failed…. the materials look nice, but are cheap, and the car is just not quite what it should be… m5 is awesome in all aspects, until you pay for your own maintenance.
