Mercedes-Benz marketing department thought that reducing the price would be start as the launch of the all new E-Class came during a world-wide economic slow-down. This has been shown in the Top Gear review when testing the CLS55AMG! They showed the dash and the rpm meter was just crazy! Stupid how they only provide automatic gearbox in an AMG car!
