The rear rotors need to be replaced, and pads all round, while the front rotors only needed machining. This all cost me AU$590 (labour included). You can expect to cause warping of your front brake discs if you continue using hard pads. There is a rubbery "Brake Quiet" paste you can buy to help quiet the non-standard brake pads. Try it first.
