you can maint yourself. check oil level, filter, change oil.
I need a glove box with latch and the drivers side lower dash cover.
I would first try Ebay. If not then check your local salvage plant. Then check bmw themselves as a very last resort.
I want to sell my S reg BMW but some silly twat has nicked one of the small grills from the front by the number plate. A friend said I should try going to a car scrap yard to find a replacement grill but I think the chances of me finding one that fits exactly will be very unlikely. Would a BMW garage be able to find one for me?
LOL, I take it you are British, as you use the word TWAT so elegantly.
Forget about bmw dealers unless you like getting ripped off, call these guys:
Euro Carparts – 0208 956 5050 or German and Swedish – 0208 960 8182.
These guys do pretty much everything for BMW’s and they are fantastically priced. I bought the exact same part for my BMW last years, it coast £14.00.
Just make sure you have the cars details at hand i.e- Model (323) style (coupe/Compact) year (S reg).
Also, these guys have distribution centers all over the UK.
I just bought my first car, a 1993 bmw, and I was wondering if parts are outrageously expensive. Does anyone know?
They can be. It is the labor that makes it expensive. This is not a car for a DIY’er with limited skills.
I am specifically at this time looking for banjo bolts for the fuel line connections and a few other engine componets.
Try Bavarian Autosport, 800-535-2002.
i have a bmw 530i 2006 and i would like to upgrade the look of the 2009 ( new rear lights and front spoiler)
Try Bavarian Auto or Bimmer. They have some stuff that will allow you to upgrade the looks.
Im looking at a bmw 328i. I was wondering how many miles BMWs do until they start to have things go wrong in them. any advice or personal experiences are very much appreciated!
What year is that 3 series?
I own a 2000 BMW 528i and have babied it ever since I bought it brand new. It has only around 65,000 miles at this point.
Unfortunately for me, the radiator cracked at around 49,000 miles. And that crack caused other things to go haywire.
So from my personal experience, I would say around 50,000 is where things begin to go wrong. But ever since that happened, everything has been running great! No other problems since.
my bmw is a 325 is and its been relly hard finding parts the only parts i found so fare are a tms cam and valve springs thats gonna run me and a bavarin autosport pistons…im looking for a super charger and as many parts as i can find…give me the best sites you know for bmw

Realoem.com
bavauto.com
Those are two very good bmw websites, I also buy stuff off ebay from time to time, as long as the seller is reputable…
I’m a stay-at-home mom with little auto knowledge. The car is in excellent condition and I’m sure many parts would be of value.
Try Craigslist.com. The ad is free and you can post 4 photos.
