How do I remove the dash switches on an old air cooled Volkswagen Beetle? I need to rewire the switches on my 1970 Volkswagen Beetle, and am trying to remove the switches from the dash. Is there anyway to remove the knobs without damaging them, and if so, how do I remove the switch one the knob is off? Got to get at it from the back side of the dash board.

I own a 2000 Volkswagen Golf GTI, and it has the muffler with the turn down exhaust tips. The rear bumper doesn’t have a cut out for the exhaust tips, and I was wondering how I could extend the existing tips down and under the rear bumper to add chrome tips on the end of them. I need some kind of elbow to connect to the existing tips so I can make them go straight out under the bumper. If anyone has any advice or ideas, please help....
