is it special tools or what? or is the guy pulling my leg sounds like someone was giving you the run around. Nothing needs to be "unlocked", just sometimes there are special tool you need to services some parts. You can usually buy these or just rig something to get around them. If this guy was at some local garage i wouldnt go back there as he doesnt know what hes talking about.
