I heard somethings about a code on the radio, and was just wondering.

  2. Yes you can change to a cd player…but you will need to get the code for your cassette player if you plan to put it back in later. The code keeps someone from stealing your cassette player and installing it into another vehicle. Don’t forget to pick up a wiring harness and antenna adapter with your new cd player.

  3. you should check to see if you need to keep the stock deck hooked up. one of my exes had a cavalier the had to have the stock deck hooked up in the truck because of some anti-theft feature.
