This question has been asked on here so many times. Owners manuals are NOT free on the web or anywhere. Try http://www.alldatadiy.com for an online subscription to your manual. Maybe you can find something on eBay. Or your local auto parts store can supply a Haynes or Chilton Manual for about $20. A factory shop manual is available for about $100. from http://www.helminc.com.

try a web search or try a VW dealer, sometimes you'll find one willing to get you one as a loyal customer.
